They eliminated DM and Assistant Mgrs. Now you have a one Team Lead for multiple departments with no team with one coach supervising multiple Team Leads. My question is if I am working under the Team Lead and these positions are few and far between. My question is where and how can move up/career with Walmart.

It’s not accurate at some stores they retained the supervisor over maintenance and some others
It is honestly like watching a horror movie where you want to yell at the screen GET OUT! Run and don't look back. C-ap-mart is a horrible place that will drain your soul from you.
No retail is a career anymore unless you are set on going into management. It is just the reality of modern retail. With all the online competition and changing shopping habits retail is a short term or second job type of employment. Not being harsh just being real
