With what is bad if company pay is good? Manager is good!!!
It's terrifying that I got laid off by HV. But it does looks a lot more like ripping out the bandage for a short pain rather than an excruciating long term torture.
Those calls to HR will be re-routed overseas to the Cognizant's remote hands teams...
They will be able to help with the answers, since they use call scripts as part of internal processes automation.
