I am from the HR department. I have been with this company for about 3 years. I was given a very generous package with 7 years into the future. They also gave me chocolates so that makes up it. It s—s that I got layed off but I know it's not personal. It has been lovely working for Imperial Oil.

Inquiring as to the change in hiring back a worker on Disability Insurance and is ready to back to work and had constant contact with his Kearle Lake foreman who kept in contact with him, inquiring if he was approved to come back...when he contacted he was he was told Imperial Oil had changed plans and he would not be hired back on.
What has happened??? He needed his job back and has been depending on it. Can you identify how Imperial Oil has changed plans?

What do you mean by 7 yrs by future. Is it not 3 weeks salary for each service year?
