I hope everybody is ready! It's not as if we didn't know this was coming. This is not our first restructuring nor will it be our last. This one will be worse than usual due to the pandemic and the overall state of the economy, which is why I truly hope people were proactive and preparing for this. Good luck, all!

Everyone will be affected except for management, who never seem to get the shaft, irrespective of poor performance.
So many examples of mismanagement at so many levels, yet the vast army of lower , middle and upper management always remains intact !
