How many feel this way after being burnt out from being overworked? My SM has me doing everything under the sun because we are so short staffed. Don’t get me wrong, she’s right there trying to lessen the load, giving us pep talks and all, but there’s only so much we can do! I don’t know if I can handle much more of this but I don’t want to walk out and leave her in the lurch. I'm at the stage where I'm starting to dread coming in.
