All new experienced hired within 2 or 2 1/2years are the main victims. It was preplanned. That's why they changed the performance assessment criteria (before April 2020, no new hire won't be in the lowest rank in their first ever performance assessment). This year they almost keep all new hires in the lowest rank in order to terminate for the business impact and for covid. ExxonMobil US employees also revealed that it came to newspapers. Dumb and useless supervisors/managers are doing what their boss is telling them to do. As they don't have any opinion for lack of leadership experiences and practices. They like to appreciate unnecessary cultural things, funny events, drama and circus, acting and pretending. That's why most people convert themselves as jokers in order to sustain there.
