It’s pretty straightforward- those roles that are posted require specific knowledge, skills, and experiences that don’t currently exist within the departments.
@6jba These are not HR or L&D jobs. The MyBlock site is still an option for anyone who wants to apply for any open position in the company. While I don't disagree or refute this may be a move to cull higher salaried employees the Company literally has openings all the time in different departments.
