One Belk is a sham, perhaps one of the biggest shams in the retail industry.

-A $110,000 a year store manager picking and doing BOPUS all day and no grunt work....really?

a $15 an hour HR associate cleaning toilets?....really?

An $11 hr elderly female sales associate unloading heavy boxes and fixtures?....really?

A $190,000 a year regional manager oblivious to what is really going on? Or maybe they do know and don’t give a shyt.

A $9.75/hr housekeeping associate forced to do visual merchandising...really?
