were VCPs paid for employees who left Sabre this year?

Thanks!
Looks like for a regular employee the VCP is not such a big deal. Sure, the extra cash is always welcomed, but there is definitely too much talking and too much burden for a bonus of that size.
There’s no secret to the formula. When you were hired you were probably told what your annual target percentage is. Senior, Principal, and up have a target percentage of your annual salary (5, 10, 15%, etc). The December payout will be half of that target. It sounded on track at the last Town Hall, but I don’t think we’ve heard a final yes.
The calculation model is a secret for a reason. The workers performing the heavy lifting may get up to 5% of their annual salary while the execs may get 500%.
I have an inside source in a very high position that tells me that VCP will NOT be paid in the first third of the month of December.
And how big was VCP in the previous years?
These MFs don't care about helping employees have a bonus near Christmas, they are building pyramids to the 100s of their gods
The calc should be easy.
Yearly salary x 0.5 x PositionFactor.
For TL the factor is 0.05, so the final answer for TL would be: yearlySalary x 0.025.
Higher roles have higher factors. Lower mean lower...
It will be 2.5% of your year salary. When? I have no idea.
Also, I still don't understand how it will be calculated...
It seems like no one knows
would like to know as well
