The way the newer schedules are for delivery it appears to me that lowes scheduling managers are told to give the worse schedule possible. So the delivery department will fail in turn can justify bringing in a 3rd party to deliver appliances.

All delivery’s will be 3rd part across lowes.

A lot of stores do 3rd party box truck, I have not heard of any stores in my area doing 3rd party flat bed. It is harder to find company's to do the flatbed service.

Yes. Both box and flatbed deliveries will be eventually be third party. Its gradually being rolled out across the country once third party services are being secured. It’s cheaper for the company to pay them by the drop than a high-paid hourly employee with overtime and benefits regardless of how many drops they have.
