So- i am off shore tmobile agent originally Sprint , this week one of our 3 sites close down and the way things are looking the remaining 2 will be gone soon, Country is the Dominican Republic and rumors are that they do not like working here, Any one have any knowledge of are chances for the 2021

T-mobile does not have enough FTEs to handle the incoming Sprint customers , 20 minute wait time as of now
Sorry to say that we've got plenty of FTEs to handle calls and dont have to outsource them.
We could do the same at a better price, nothing personal we dont ask for the company's to come here they show up and open up shop.
Shut them down. We can do it in the USA!
