Husky corporate culture is brutal from what the employees over there are saying.
At least our HR groups can get together and give each other a bunch of promotions while the rest get laid off. They can compare notes on how to brown nose to VPs effectively.
I can see it. HC will keep sticking to his 30 Yr old stories, AP and JM will keep denying the world is changing, HR will keep growing, SCM will double, IT will keep screwing up updates and the tablets will keep failing.
I always love when they say something like please feel free to reach out to your HR advisor. Anyone stupid enough to do that deserves to be let go. It’s like an intelligence test, HR is here to help. Hahahaha
And why will they just not let HC go, he’s past his prime by like 20 years. That guy alone could save us a few million in salary reduction. That’s like 50 employees could be kept to let one ultra useless rich guy go.
We all have our differences but at the end of the day we are brothers because we are at least not in HR.
