Here in Austin, entire shifts walked out and quit. About 10-15 people at the children's hospital. From what I've heard, night shift is entirely staffed by travelers. What a garbage company. I don't think they expected the backlash to be so severe lol.
Love the corporate phrase book... they are super excited about this laser focused knowledge transfer to our strategic partners.
“This collaboration will allow us to continue our transformation as we find new and innovative ways to care for those that we’re privileged to serve
Outsourcing: not new, not innovative
Hmmmmmm

How did you hear this? What is the timeline? They will sell the labs for a quick buck ( a bunch of bucks) but will live to regret it down the road.
They have a large presence in SE Michigan. Is Ascension really having this many problems? Are the other healthcare systems having these many issues? (e.g. Beaumont, Henry Ford). I know Trinity Health has had to let a lot of people go, but the entire Lab services for Ascension? WOW.
