At what point will Chesapeake Energy Arena be renamed? I mean it's hardly appropriate to keep the disgraced name of Chesapeake. C'mon OKC, you're better than this.

Was the contract for the naming rights affirmed or denied in the bankruptcy?
The answer is will be in the plan/restructuring agreement..
CHK has the right, per the bankruptcy code, to affirm or deny all executory contracts.
