I am about to be termed for performance.

They'll send you boxes to pack everything back. It is up to you on how much padding you place to protect the equipment. ;)

If you are on a plan make certain to get copies of your prior performance and the changes. If you were given new coverages without training or there are inconsistencies in performance handling get and keep your own documentation.

Your state may have a process to appeal of your company denies unemployment. I have a former coworker who was termed. She easily fought it because she had the documentation showing her performance and her ex-CSL could not explain why she was termed given her tenure and prior outstanding performance.

You can order or your leader can order an equipment pick up or disposal from the service catalog. Sorry to hear about your term. You'll want to return the equipment to avoid collections for it in the future.

I already posted in this but I'm a property adjuster as well and it's awful. Some of us hadn't even touched certain coverages since we were trained years ago, and they never gave us time to train or do sit along's to brush up, and them they threw us to the wolves by doubling are claims to 6 a day. They set us up to fail.

Outside auto field adjuster put on UN here, what a scam they have layed upon us. Well thought out and implemented to a select number of adjusters. Not many ever survive past 60 days the goals are out of reach. All done on purpose to avoid severence. I would have received 46 weeks. Prior posts from former HR employees confirm the truth.

I got my boxes to send my equipment back months ago when unjustly RIF'd. Got my severance and everything. When I called HR before Christmas regarding 401k handling I told them to inform home office that I am not lifting a finger to send back this equipment and that the only way they get this equipment back is if Tom Wilson himself shows up to my door and I watch him pack it and carry it away himself. Otherwise I consider it a parting gift and the three screens a fine setup for my PC gaming.

Unemployment for performance release depends on the state. Some states consider not improving performance as behavioral and don't pay unemployment for such while others do. It also depends on how Allstate reports your release. Allstate has a habit of making sure they tell the state that you had a program to improve the behaviors that led to not meeting performance requirements and that sometimes leads to no unemployment.

Same thing happened to me, I rode out the 60 days took 10 days pto and resigned 3 days before my return date. Would not give them the satisfaction. I boxed up all my equipment and returned to my csl, let him handle returning everything. My csl was then riffed 30 days after that. My old allstate cell phone has still not been shut off, still goes to my v.m. it has been 5 months now. Good Riddance Allstate, enjoyed many years early but they have destroyed this company.

I believe you would still get unemployment is you are let go for performance. Especially with the way Allstate has gone downhill.

Are you still working as normal in case they don't let you go or have you just accepted it?

Also, how does that work regarding unemployment if you were let go for performance?

Take a hammer to that tool of Satan for about a half hour or so. It should then easily fit into one if those large bubble envelopes. Good luck!

Op here. I was on a 60 day UN for NPS and pending, and was told last week I didn’t meet it, and that they have recommended me for termination to HR.

They have said I should know something in 7-10 days.

What was the process like for you up to this moment? I am already being told I may be let go for performance if I don't improve my pending (everyone hates the doubling of our claim handling), so I'm curious what it was like for you leading up to that.
