Commissions is still on for shoes if you go work for Nordstrom. May be a time to jump ship for multiple reasons. Nordstrom is doing better has less drama and not a toxic work environment like the steaming t–d know as Macy’s.

Nords just posted a miserable holiday sales season.
Their website and order fufillment/communications execution is outstanding! Free shipping, free gift box, ribbon wrap, gift note to recipient and constant order tracking. Nicely done!

Nordstrom is only a few years behind Macy’s.
2018 125 FLX stores. 2021 (before this years closings are announced) 100; about a 20 percent decrease. Nordstrom doesn’t have a month where they regularly announce closures, however we can expect 5-10 sometime during the first half of ‘21
