I wish everyone had a job and in general I don’t think any small worker is paid and valued enough for what they do. However, there are coworkers who do their job so sloppily that someone else always has to clean up after them. They spend their time courting their superiors instead of working, so in the end they always do better than those who correct their mistakes.

There is a young kid in my department; I refuse to correct his mistakes. He orders things wrong and then expects me to fix his mistakes because he is too busy (being an a$$ ki$$er).
Welcome to the corporate world. It has been this way in corporations for ever. The kissa$$ always survive unless the dollar numbers tank.
