Do these store managers know something we don’t??? I’m shocked after hearing so many good ones have left??? Some who had great careers here....left out of the blue.....should we take a hint....

Familiarize yourself with what has been happening with Sears, and you'll understand the fate of Belk and similar stores.
Wow, I worked for Belk for 5 years and never came across a decent store manager.
