Oxy usually has performance discussion in January and announces bonuses in February. This year might be different though with all that is going on in the world and in our industry.
Apc used to give us our evaluations in December and hold the comp talks separately in 1st quarter. Seems like Oxy holds the evaluation talk until the same time as the comp talk?
Weren’t supervisors supposed to review the BAR self evaluations BEFORE determining what your rating, and therefore bonus/raise amount would be? Or if it’s low, you could get laid off? Not a peep out of my boss yet. Anyone else?
I only got a small bonus and a 3.65% pay raise
My BAR rating was acceptable so i guess im employed for another year - lucky me
All excess cash will be used to pay down debt.
Seems like bonuses could be good this year. Shareholders will be ignored.
I got my cheque last week so I thought that everyone got theirs as well
Bonuses will either be 180% of target and avg merit raise will be 8.5%
No clue. Would like to know as well.
