How many at PepsiCo are currently looking for a new job? How many have thought about quitting the company even without a backup option?
This is something we need to made known to the leadership team. I think they have no idea just how many of us hate it here so much that we are actively looking for a way out. I don't know if it would make any difference, but who knows...
Attention needed at the Hanley location
I want my job, I’ve worked hard for many years although I watch the senior teams destroy this company and all it stands for. All we do is reinvent old ideas. Literally recreate the wheel! Isn’t the new selling/service wheel a brain child of those let go??? Bring back executives who really cared and supported their employees not just fight over $$$ for their merits or their buddy’s merit $$$.
Seriously senior leaders fought over $100.00 to $ 500.00 to give to their minions who make way over $100,000.00 + and the get bonuses and stock options, while lower levels had to be happy with anywhere from $500 - $1000 raises after a very hard year. Disgusting
I have trouble believing that it s—s significantly less anywhere else. Most jobs are stupid.
I left last year and I can tell you 80% of my colleagues were either looking for a new job or praying for a severance package.

If the company were to offer early retirement pacakges, i would go to save someones job. I hate hearing that some young person that just started a family has lost his/her job. I have been here over 35 years and I am ready to give up the torch
I sent two or three resumes outside the company last year and no one has called. I will have to stay until I get lay-off. Jobs are very scarce right now.
Why would anyone want to leave a company that in the midst of riots promises 100s of million to groups and promises promotions, and then when there was a riot last week critisizes?
