What is the future of TSS? Are we safe?

The rumor is IBM wants to exit some or all of the HW business and become a customer of whoever buys it. (spinoff or selloff) IBM would sweeten the deal via doing the purchasers research via their labs, plus sign a 10 year exclusive contract to use the HW in their future ongoing cloud (much like GF and chips). If true, I would expect TSS to be included in that transaction.
