Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

This is what Xerox has become

Glassdoor must have taken it down since I don't see it anymore but there was a hilarious interview review recently posted for a Software Engineering Manager. The writer said that Xerox tried to recruit them based on it's name in the industry but no one under 50 cares about Xerox anymore, the benefits were a step above working in fast food, the VP was an a$$, the projects were all waterfall, and the technology was like looking back on 1990. They were right on all accounts. This is what Xerox has become, a company so bad that good talent cracks jokes about working there.

An excellent post by @olw+18Ltkjve.

@1fms+18OwI8Nw as good as the original post was yours might sum it up even better. To anyone doubting this go ask someone who doesn't work at Xerox about the company. You'll be lucky if they don't say "What's a Xerox?".

@1air+18OwI8Nw No one denies that Xerox was once great. Those days are so far behind us though that two generations and counting don't know or care about Xerox.

Xerox made great contribution to computer industry. However, good technologies are not always translated into profitable products. The printer industry has been declining for years. So it is difficult for everyone in the industry.
