With NatGen integration, can we be looking at possible RIFs? It’s a well-known fact that restructurings ALWAYS occur with positions being made redundant and blah blah blah. And if there are RIFs I wonder if we will be given enough time to prepare for it. I’ve wanted to exit for a long time, now I'm just wondering if I should push myself harder to finding another position elsewhere.

As an Encompass employee- I can assure you that there will be some RIF- primarily on the processor side. Based our new leadership- we are taking on their policies and procedure. It does not appear that they are going to do it the Allstate Way. Currently their property field staff gets 40 claims a month or two a day.
You can expect more work since there will be less people to do the work once Allstate “transforms” Nat’l General!
