It's obvious the company monitors this site, and the thread and posts below this one would certainly seem their dollar store spin job is now in full effect. Their positive (and glowing) reviews of the firm on Glassdoor and Indeed are totally questionable, in my opinion. I feel when Pembina laid people off last April, they believed staff would put their nose down, sign whatever was handed to them, accept it, and then would feel absolutely privileged to have worked for the company. They never anticipated anything like this site and how vocal people would be after leaving the cult. Look at the view counts on some of these threads. Its obvious the truth is out about the backwards culture and ethical stuff.... not only within the company, but within industry, and the world now. And there is nothing they can do about it. So much for flying under the radar! XoXo

It’s still happening and has been for a long time. It’s the Pembina culture. The cult reference is quite accurate.
All The things stated at this site only describe the real events that took place and are still happening at Pembina.
There are still many managers, supervisors who are untouchable. It doesn't matter if they perform bad, they are still in their jobs while the rest of people are scared. Not sure what kind of work these managers are doing if most of the employees are already gone, and most of the projects are not in progress.
This site is the only way to express about the reality at Pembina.
To add: given the schadenfreude culture and vindictive nature of many still at the company, this anonymous forum is the only way this information can be shared.
