I received an email regarding what did and didn't work last time they rolled this out. There were heavy cuts last time to colleagues in support. What does this mean for us this time? Are they going back to MTMs or getting rid of multi OVMS in the store?

I was retained in last years cuts in a support leadership role. Left with know team and no OVm support from my supposed leader. 12 hour plus days while the OVM left regularly. Never checked in , never showed any support. The best things that could happen was eliminate the OVm and bring back Operations to the stores . 1 OVm and elevate leads who care to help merchandising the store.
Interesting. My store manager took a leave early January. Not sure if ovs will be cut. But I don’t think you need them.
