Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Does it appear your PTO has been reduced for 2021?

The home page only shows your base pto. If you rolled over days, bought days, and the additional holidays are shown in the accruals section of the timecard. The home page isn’t going to be fixed to show the full amount.

I hope the incompetent eggheads in ATSC have this Kronos issue fixed by the end of the year.

Yes I am missing 2 days but my leader stated it is an issue with Kronos.

Update to last post regarding PTO showing 2 1/4 days left: Leader was told by DM for me to open a ticket to ATSC. Oh joy! Dealing with another area that is self service and now chat only and that have been months behind in even important customer issues. My PTO should be fixed around August. SMH. 😒

Just looked at mine now that I saw this and in the system it shows PTO by the minute and no longer by the day likely due to the Kronos switch. When calculating the shown minutes I have 2 and 1/4 days less than last year and have taken no days yet and zero minutes yet charged by Kronos. Check with a teammate and theirs comes out 1.75 days less than they had last year. I would assume that this is an error based on Kronos implementation. I doubt it is a malicious taking by Allstate but Just a system issue that is easily fixed. Everyone should check their PTO to see if they are affected.
