I walked a couple stores for sh–s and giggles leading into the holiday season and a couple days after Christmas and I must say I’m not surprised by these numbers!
No product for curbside or in store sale is an instant lost customer to Amazon in today’s market.

Wired how someone comes here to question others posts. They must be bored, a loser or a corporate snitch. If you still work there try to fix the stores, they are horrible!

You found this site because you had to return a fry pan? Yup..that makes sense..weird how several posts were made around the same time this early morning
I left them years ago. I only found this site because I had to return a Calphalon 12” fry pan that became oval in transit. They shipped what looked like what we used to call a kicker ( value price/no box) without any packing material inside. Store looked horrible, empty, side caps missing, empty or screwed in backwards with no way to merch. Aisle half empty. The cashier said it was just her the manager and another employee on lunch. They close with three and there was a line of 9 customers. Also this is not a store that is on the recent closing lists. Really sad. What happened to GOTAPEN?
This is the worst company I’ve worked for in the 40 years I’ve been in retail.....they don’t deserve to be in business
I live in a very busy area, there is every store imaginable around. Target is always packed, Best Buy is always packed, Wal Mart is always packed, BBB the lot is always near empty! There are two BBB's here in strip malls. There are literally traffic jams in these strip malls except on the side BBB is located. You don't even have to go inside to see they have no customers.
I went in to pick up some Yankee Christmas candles three weeks before Christmas and was really surprised that the store was so picked over and out of stock in so much. I think they need to realize how important their core customers are to the business. Online is fine but when you make a trip in to shop you expect a selection and maybe even someone to assist you.
