Anyone in upper Allstate realize their mistake yet? Claims is a sht show.

Heck no they haven’t ! They’re wiring us in claims 12 hours a day at home with no breaks. Just when it seems we’re catching up they dump another 4-5 claims on us and then tell us it’s a time management issue !
Of course not! This is Transformative Growth by the blue print. Just ask the good folks at Liberty Mutual. This is how their Transformative Growth went. Based on resent presentations all is well and going to plan! Tom, Glenn, and Eric all got their tasty cost savings bonuses and shareholders are giddy at the lower cost ratios. The problem is that we the employees, department leaders, and customers just aren't transforming as we should. THIS is Transformative Growth in action and by God we must transform! Or else there are people in India that will transform for us!
