I know alot of carmen at smaller yards and outlying points were recently cut off completely with no one left. So whose is doing the work now? Fra repairs, brake tests, set outs etc

If there are no Carman at the yard the crews are supposed to do there own A6
Once they are a couple of Bad orders they will call a block truck to fix them
That's what we are doing now at Fairlane yard and north yard in Ohio
All accidents can be avoided. NS is being negligent.
