Why do I get the feeling it’s the same Noble sh*t show all over again? No management direction, no job description and no real job duties. Are we about to be reorganized again? Same bat show, same bat channel.

Either the dividend or more personnel will have to be trimmed. It’s basic math. But I wager it will come down to more layoffs.
MW only knows how to cut, not how to grow organically. He is risk averse. If revenue is low again this year, cuts is the only good news he can announce.
I predict there will be more cuts late this year as prices continue to drag on the dividend.

If you don’t have job descriptions how do you know you’re being paid the market rate for the work you’re doing? How does a corporation like Chevron function without job descriptions?
Deep breath...... there won't be another re-organization soon (though there is always the possibility of the disposition of assets (including former Noble assets) with employees going to the new company.
