When are they doing the GM side? We have team leads, but when do the teams happen and what information we have that isn’t shared yet that we know about teams? Do we know about raises for this year as well? I know it’s a leak somewhere of some paperwork for these raises...

Teams will be chosen within your areas – and new job offers will need to be signed by all – because job functions will be changing. If no raises this year (for regular associates), this will be a hard pill to swallow – especially with no hazard pay – and the total disregard for associates and their health. No one is being informed of active Covid cases – thank goodness most of us are trying to look out for each other – because Corporate is only concerned with the almighty dollar!
The “teams” you already have are your teams. I was told there will be no additional hours for the “teams.” I was also told no raises this year. Don’t know how accurate that is though.
