CIP- Who is eligible?

I worked 2 quarters in 2020. Will I get a CIP in March? Does anyone know? Thanks!

Nobody was dumb enough to retire or quit in 2020 with a package on the table all year. Even so, they would be CIP eligible.

If you left on your own terms or voluntarily termed, no CIP.

@1yzm, For R4 that would be 3 quarters; for most the last paid date was 14th of December, not through years end unless you are in a transitional role.

CIP is regarded as part of your remuneration, it allows company to give you a bigger bonus for good years and not so much of a bonus for not so good years, If you are left standing inc EOI you get the CIP award in March as usual . Its calculated based on time at work for year which for R4 will be100%

You'll get 50% CIP for half year. I'm guessing further reduced by factor of .6-.7 lower corp factor, but hey, I'll take anything more!

You get credit for only the quarters completed in 2020.

If you are part of the 2020 special severance program, you are eligible for a 2020 performance year CIP award.
