Cisco Nuremberg office layed off 10% of its employees.
I started at Cisco 3 years ago. Everyone, save 2 people have been laid off or found new jobs. It is an incredible rate of turnover. My entire leadership chain has changed 3x. I don't know how anyone is supposed to be productive. 2021 will just be more of the same? Just saying.
Cisco will be renamed "Disco" as it moves its HQ to Delaware.
Chuck will buy numerous more shocking pink and puke green t-shirts as he and Fran laugh their heads off on corporate calls at the people who lose their livelihoods due to being laid off.
Chuck will get together with Fran and the two of them will breed many more trolls and little Sith lords to torture workers at Cisco for years to come.
New retiree that took the ER. Will be very happily retired in 2021, thanks to Cisco recognizing my 20 years. I realize I am extremely fortunate.
I wish all those still there and those unfortunate to have been laid off all the best for 2021. 2020 was a real b–ch. Let’s all hope 2021 ends up much better for all.
Use debt to acquire startups with short-term revenue growth. Hire a new CFO to find clever methods to hide this debt.
Cisco will make a new donation of $100 million to social justice causes.
The SP side of the business will follow the smart cities termination.
BAU= Steady decline (unfortunately).
ELT to pull out millions in their shares.
Other staff to be on LR list as per usual cycles.
Overlay AM’s and SE’s will be eliminated
Chuck will resign or be fired by the board
DNA Center cloud demand/adoption will be weak because it came 3.5 years too late.
