I thought People Lead was going away. Why have People Operations Lead and People Lead. Departments doing their own hiring.
No HR not gone. Consolidated MHRM role
Front end changes (almost all self checks) rolls out to stores. Coverage asms eliminated. FT ratio expected to increase to 70% by Q4 in stores. Rumors of Digital and AP Asms going away but no confirmation as of now.

All these changes are due to the damage of other retailers getting ahead of the game. That’s why Walmart is going back to the very beginning. “ slowly dying.”
HR gone ? Why do you say that? I don't see that. I think next change will be claims. Maybe not gone but a change coming.

I would just find a new job and not worry about the dumb changes that Walmart makes. Take control!
