Is there any chance of current or furloughed employees of railroads who participated in PSR and similar programs recently that caused mass financial harm, bodily harm, unnecessary stress, injuries, and etc. Do to predatory employment practices have a chance to launch a class action lawsuit???

You are right , we do get to choose in this country , like standing up for your rights as a human being against a company that cares only about profit and the hell with the people that make it for them.

Nothing what they have done is illegal. Unethical and illogical yes, but they have the right to furlough.
