Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

AVP

Hi all can anyone tell me details about sir what to expect when interviewing for an AVP role? If I get the role, is it hard or easy to succeed ? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

My AVP interview was very relaxed (could be because of COVID and the zoom
Interviews) and I guess it depends on the department and immediate supervisors but I’ve been here for 6 months and I have no complaints asides the high deductible insurance coming from government service after 10 years but I would definitely say accept if offered.

This is from not a bitter person nor an old person. Citi does not care about their people and they are far from being chill.

Just be honest Citi is a chill company. If you are offered the job take it! Its a good company to have on your resume. There are alot of bitter old people here who will try and discourage you but thats only because they are afraid to lose their jobs. Even if you decide to leave afterwards its fine just get in and stay 2 - 3 years then you can go if you want. Hope this helps.
