I have no will to work here at all. I can’t believe how things have changed in WF. It’s like it’s not the same company.
I don't want to belittle anyone, but the colleagues who left were far more valuable than the ones I have now. Because people do not feel like working here anymore, the atmosphere is very bad and tensions are high.
I don’t even know if things got to this point gradually over longer period of time, or if it's just a few bad moves to blame for the whole thing?

I did 17 years from CA to TL. It began going south even before Amazon when they reduced PBS positions and Sups. Workday, Kronos, OTS were poorly implemented. Forced to shop online orders with no extra staffing. Benefits reduced. Labor for teams cut more each year. Almost no TMs on the floor. No support. Way too many micro-managing, condescending bosses pushing unrealistic targets. We had a great company of special people who cared and gave great service, but it all went to sh–. I had to quit just couldn’t be a part of it anymore.
Had been on a steady decline years before the amazon acquisition. The weird thing is the people making the awful decisions are still around. WFM is so top heavey constantly adding more and more higher up roles when it is actually the lower level TM that are the backbone of the company not the Yes men at the top.knepotism runs rampant through WFM and nobidy seems to care. Go in do the bare minimum and collect your check dont work hard for the higher ups and the investors they would do nothing for you even if you are dying. NOBODY in leadership has your best interest in mind they only care about themselves and spewing lies to give the illusion of concern.
Good team members run off by STLs . Zombie team members being hired. No one cares about Whole Foods because no one cares enough about pride in your work. No one knows what the phrase "good work ethic " means or has one. You must care and have a work ethic because you have noticed the difference in WFM. Wow, you been working under their radar because you haven't been run off. Either keep your head down or get out. Eventually they will see you and you'll be gone like the rest of us.
