Claims supervisor isn't going anywhere for now. That poor person is over the people who take of clearance, too. They are also the associate who picked up parts of job duties performed by eliminated job codes. Think accounting, UP, Invoicing, FE ZMS, and others I'm sure I've forgotten. I suppose our FE Coaches and FE TLs have picked back up everything that was handed off to the Claims Supervisor. In my humble opinion, they were an ASM that was on the clock doing a thankless job until they were out or on PTO and then it's different. Stay strong claims, supervisors!!!
nope
Oh please please let them eliminate the claim supervisor!! I've been hearing for years they are going to eliminate it but hasn't happened yet. I pray for it every day. I want out!! Hard to walk away from 28 years and $21 per hr so I just keep hoping they eliminate it so I don't have to stay. My apasm told me there is more being added to our job on top of being over claims and dsd. I'm guessing its not getting eliminated any time soon. ☹
DSD has the claims supervisor then APASM/coach. Rumor has it and I do say rumor, claims supervisor position will be eliminated and claims/dsd will fall under the backroom cap 1 team lead & asm coach. What does that do for the APASM/coach because rumor has it the apa associates will be under front end team lead. If there's no APASM/coach will there be a need for MAPM'S or whatever their proper title is? All rumors at this point.
If you are DSD then the claim supervisor is your immediate supervisor, then the APM is your next supervisor.
