Is it just me or does it look like Pepsi is getting rid of all the older and longer serving employees. I used to really enjoy listing to their experiences and getting advice. It’s seems like they have all been cut. Lots of questions on this site about who might be cut in the next wave. I would say if you are older and have been here for a number of years you are at risk.

Sounds EXACTLY like what Mondelez/Nabisco does to their tenured/older workers. They try to work them to death so they'll quit.
So just saw in CNBC that it is estimated that around 40 percent of exiating restaurants will close permanently. Does that mean food service reps will be cut by 40 percent?
I’ve applied for over 15 roles this year. Probably interviewed for five. Always an excuse I lack certain discipline . This coming from a company that encourages knowing the business cold.
I have managed the delivery team for 40 years. Every 2-4 years i get a new manager who is grateful I'm not dead.
I am older and have been here decades. Hoping that they will offer my old butt a package to go byebye otherwise i stay til 70 doing as little as possible
They have gotten rid of us and continue to do so. I can tell when I was “off-shored” to Hyderabad I honestly felt the weight of the world lifted from me. They have been and continue to make life miserable for long term employees to try to force them to quit. The sewage called executive management will continue This for what remains of IT, HR and soon to start with Legal.
