Long Story short, I was termed from Lowes for "breaking company policy" after being with Lowes for seven years in Oct of 2019. Fought it and won 8k in unemployment, Lowes lost. I reapplied about two months ago, never got called for interviews, and never received the "we are going with other candidates" email either. But yesterday i got a New Hire Notification email prompting me to fill out e forms prior to orientation. No store was listed that i had reapplied to. I have been trying to contact Lowes HR and no one is picking up a phone, does this sound like a glitch? scam? I'm not being asked anything weird, just the usual new hire stuff, but again, no store where i was rehired is in the email. My next move is to call the stores i reapplied to, Thoughts?

I'm a former full time associate who retired in 12/2018 after just 13 years with the company. I was ready to leave anyway, the store I was working at never really let me feel like I was 'accepted' there. I transferred in from a different store with the same position & pay level. Retiring is the best thing I've ever done.
I saw this on lowe’s Reddit too. Almost sounds like a hacker got into the email.
Let me get this correct; A) you were terminated B) Filed suit and won damages C) you want to work there again? D) you honestly believe your would be rehired?
It was a company wide glitch - even sent to currently working associates.
Hey, wow. Are you one of the "hard-charging" corporate executives, or just a brown-nosed s—a–?
I didn't apply for any job because I wouldn't even consider going back to Lowe's. I received an onboarding email this weekend and it did not say a store or a position. I'm guessing someone screwed up.
sounds like you would be a gem of an employee lmao
