FA is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Leadership is nonexistent. No polar supervisors and horrible technology. Stay away unless you have no other choice - this company is horrible from the benefit package to the pay to the people!

Benefit package is really bad especially the 401k plan. When I realized how bad the benefits were and my boss kept coming back to first American after failing at other places - I realized how horrible my boss was. This is truly the worst employer I have ever worked for.
I would agree First American is the worst company I have worked for as well. We may have had the same bipolar boss or maybe that is a requirement to work at first American. If you are in Orange County you should be able to find a better job! I would stay away at all cost!
