Taking the Purchase Order and accepting terms to be able to provide the product while knowing that you cannot... try doing an online search as to what the legal term for this is. (Hint: it starts with an "F")

Just the mere act of taking a purchase order and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions establishes a contract, where both parties are held to performing as the agreement provides. So, taking a Purchase Order KNOWING that you cannot ship items is, well... perhaps the Federal Trade Commission will have the last word once customers start to get wise to the L3H practices?
Sarbanes-Oxley would like to have a word with you...
In most cases, L3H cannot invoice the customer until the item ships. Some front-office bigwig was counting on those 2020 sales. And some OTHER front-office bigger-wig was breathing down the neck of the first big-wig to get those sales in. So I doubt there was much winking going on. Unless the even-bigger-wig winked at the HR hitman to get rid of the smaller wigs.
