I honestly hope the company goes down in flames. Between the extended hours, filling hundreds of CDS & BOPIS. This is unbelievable, 4 of us had to stay an additional 2 hours to finish the work and that was just to pull the items not even pack them.... I feel sorry for the morning crew who has to finish it.
But some of us will only be able to sleep at most a few hours before we are called in to work the 4 am shift. we're overworked and frustrated... and today was no different.
Our customer service is at its lowest and any associate pulling BOPIS is told specifically that "The BOPIS you're filling, is your customer." and to ignore any other customers on the floor.... we cant handle the stress... most of us are now sleeping on our lunches, or calling out sick just to rest.... how much longer can we endure the BS.
We shouldn't have to.
Side note, If I wanted to report certain grievances of clear violations of health/safety/labor laws to the higher powers. Who would i report them to if my store was based in CA?
