Stores are intermingled with other locations, and broken down by what would be opco, and what would be propco.

I think at some point, yes. Bankruptcy court dockets ( jcp plan) shows simon/ Brookfield only taking roughly 160-200 stores. Also taking 6 distribution centres/ warehouses.
