Hey y'all! Y'all are gonna go through the emotional roller coaster with the office closing and transition to Dallas. The best advice I can give you is know there is life beyond State Farm. I know it's easy to say but having gone through it many many times, I can say without a doubt life is so much better when you make the right decisions.

Wow! The silver spoon and golden handcuffs finally go bye bye. State Farm has been carrying too much dead weight in Murfreesboro for way too long. Too much riding on Daddy's coattail.
just don't go to Allstate.....they're just as bad
Agree. Life is better without State Farm. Take the severance and find a new job. Metrics and Hub traffic not worth it.
