Sales are the worst they have ever been. Covid made it bad enough, the Cyber Attack scared away even more regular shoppers. This new Covid surge will definitely do us in.
I heard our manager saying if we didn't really well this weekend, start looking for a new job in December.

So good to see so many people being adult about wearing a mask. Thus pandemic is serious and should be taken as such. Yes, most of us hate BN and want to see it go away but we will NOT let you use our dislike of this horrible company against us and endanger our communities. We love our communities; that's why we want scumbag employers gone! And if you will not wear a mask, then you should be gone too. Or simply stay at home and shop online with whomever you wish!

I guarantee you, you have to ,to be in his Office! No health provider allows unmasked patients in.
You’ll spend less time buying a book than in your doctors office !

Sales were down before this pandemic. The pandemic hit and sales virtually tanked. Store reopen to slow business and people like you will get them closed again ! If you can’t wear a mask for a few minutes to get a book, you shouldn’t be out. If you’re that sick, stay out. You have your “rights”? We have ours ! We want to stay open !

Then you should use curbside pickup. If you’re willing to order what you want from Amazon. You should be willing to place an order & pick it up.
You’d be asked to leave many different stores. If you can’t wear a mask long enough to pick out a book you probably should be home ordering from online.
I tried shopping my local Barnes & Noble and got kicked out because I wasn't wearing a mask. My doctor prefers that I don't so I distance and get by that way. The store was not crowded so distancing would have been easy. When the store employee told me to leave I replied that I would start shopping Amazon, who has a better selection and prices often half of what BN charges, and did he really want to lose a regular customer who spent $50 - $100 per visit? He said he didn't care so it's goodbye to BN forever for me. I will never go back.
