I’ve been at my store long enough to know that I am able to do my job without my SM breathing over my shoulder every second. I’m a grown woman who has common sense and knows how to manage company time very well thank you very much. It’s reached a point where I just want to tell her…”Hey, don’t you have something to do?” Anyone else have this problem?

I would never put up with that sht. Tell them you're doing your job and to fck off!
When I worked at BN, I experienced that also. It was awful. After 20 years there, I was still treated as though I couldn't possibly know what to do. I didn't even feel trusted—EVER. It really did s*k. What was worse, those who stood around doing less–but we're friends with the boss–were never watched like the rest of us. Total bllsh*t.
