Usually referred to as an LTIP - It means Long Term Incentive (payment). A stock grant in company stock.
Since when did anyone say anything about Christmas bonuses? They've never paid them before.... or at least not in a very long time. LTI = long term incentive
The are paying Christmas bonuses, so they will most likely payout the cash LTI. Stock LTI is all gone though.
