I am a fairly new employee. I gave myself a year with the company to see if it would be a good fit. Well, my anniversary date is just around the corner and I have to admit I like this place. My manager is not as bad as some I’ve heard about and while we are doing a lot more work he is on the floor right along with us. I don’t hate the company, or my boss, and I actually like the work I’m doing. Am I really alone in this?

I don’t know how much time you think it should take. I’ve been here 4 years. If I thought it was that bad that it could steal my soul I would probably just leave lol. It’s not like this company pays so much that I couldn’t find something comparable.

Not at all. I’m happy here as well. I’ve worked at much worse/more stressful companies so I appreciate what we have here. The company is alright but the people you work with really make the difference. Sounds like there’s just some c-appy managers and stores out there.
