I have worked for several companies over my 24-year-long career but I have never worked at one where the longer I was there the less appreciated I was - until I joined PepsiCo. It's like the longer you're here, the pressure on your managers to get rid of you intensifies. And no matter how good you are in what you do, they'll find a loophole to get you. Horrible place I'm glad to be leaving soon.
